The service at this club is highly praised. The staff, especially Cameron, is very helpful with any situation. The security and RSA Marshall Anthony in particular was brilliant, smoothing out a confusing start to the night. The venue staff were incredible even when dealing with a poorly organised entertainment company that hosted an event at this venue.

This club is not just for partying, it also hosts special events and concerts. For example, it hosted the Triple S concert and the patrons had an amazing night. The staff were beyond amazing, making the night an even better experience. It's also the first Australian Tour stop for Hoshi after their biggest event of the year HOSHI AFTER DARK.

The cost of entry to this club is quite reasonable. On a Saturday, patrons paid $25 for entrance that they paid for on the day. Despite being a busy club with many different rooms, the bar service was quick and the main stage had amazing sound quality.
